Hi friends!
I hope your week is off to a great start! I have a few treats for you this week. The first is my latest video on creating a Vision Narrative for your business.
You wouldn't ride a horse without taking the reins and guiding the horse on the path to your destination. You wouldn't drive a car with your eyes closed. Likewise, you need to have a destination in mind for your business so that you aren't blindly guiding your business.
When you have a vision for your business, you can tailor your business strategy, goals and efforts to move toward that destination.
Instead of a traditional vision statement, I like to craft a "vision narrative," which is a descriptive and specific statement of your business, three years from now. This week's video explains why you, as the CEO of your business, need a vision narrative and what questions you should ask yourself to create one.
