I am often asked, “What is a business strategy?” Simply put, having a strategy is knowing where you leading your business and having a roadmap to guide how you are going to get there.
This week, I am pleased to share two videos that share the first two steps of the PEAK framework. “P” stands for planning which is where you get clear on the vision, strategy, and goals you have for your business.
“E” stands for execution. In this video, I share research-backed tips to ensure that you achieve the goals that move your business toward that vision.
In the coming weeks, I will share the last two steps of the framework, Analysis and Knowledge. The PEAK framework is a repeatable process that you can use each quarter to analyze your progress and adjust your strategy to consistently move toward your business vision.
